Standly was built to help parents find trusted information about bullying and harmful behaviour without requiring unnecessary personal information.
You can use the Standly Navigator without creating an account or providing information that identifies you, your child or your child’s school.
We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, improve and develop Standly.

1. Information you do not need to provide
You do not need to provide:
- your name
- your child’s name
- your child’s school
- identifying details about your situation
- an account or login
Standly is designed so parents can explore trusted information without needing to share their personal story.
3. Website usage information
We use privacy-conscious analytics services to understand how people find and use the We Are Standly website and Navigator, and to improve the clarity, usefulness and performance of the service.
Analytics may include information such as:
- pages visited
- referring website or campaign information
- browser, operating system and device type
- approximate location derived from technical information
- limited interactions with the website or Navigator
We configure analytics so that they do not include:
- Navigator answers
- names or email addresses
- child or school information
- free text responses
- information intended to identify an individual family
We use analytics information only to understand overall usage patterns and improve Standly.
We do not use analytics for advertising, behavioural profiling or identifying individual visitors.

4. Email updates
If you choose to join Standly updates, we collect the email address you provide and information needed to manage your subscription, such as confirmation, delivery and unsubscribe status.
We use this information to send occasional Standly updates, new resources, product milestones and opportunities to help test what we build. Joining is optional and uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
We use MailerLite to collect and manage subscriptions and send these emails. MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf. MailerLite says services for customers outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are provided through its United States entity and subscriber data is transferred to the United States. Its new-platform data storage is in the Netherlands.
We do not add people to Standly updates without their consent. You can learn more about MailerLite’s privacy practices.
5. Feedback and research
If you choose to provide feedback or participate in research, we may collect information you choose to provide.
Participation is voluntary.
Where additional information is collected, we will explain what information is collected, why it is collected and how it will be used at the time of collection.

If you contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

- operate Standly
- improve the Navigator and website
- understand parent needs
- evaluate whether Standly is useful

Standly may use cookies or similar technologies required to operate the website or understand website usage.
We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural advertising technologies.

We do not sell personal information.
We may share information:
- with trusted service providers helping us operate Standly
- where you have asked us to
- where required by law
- where necessary to protect the security of Standly
We will not publicly identify you or your child without your permission.
11. Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the size and nature of Standly to protect information from misuse, loss or unauthorised access.
No online service can guarantee complete security.
12. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected.
If you join Standly updates, we keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and may retain limited information needed to honour an unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations.
Where information is no longer required, we aim to delete it or remove identifying details where practical.
